Remember that house I passed a couple days ago that has the Passat W8 and the Touareg V10 TDI? Well, yesterday I tucked a note behind the mailbox flag with some details about Cars and Coffee, plus my contact info. And, of course, mentioning my own oddball VW. We'll see if anyone bites. I'm hoping he (or she) is an enthusiast, which would almost have to be the case.

they are either enthusiasts (likely) or people that said, OK I like the Passat and Touareg. Just give me the most expensive one of each. As the salesman had a heart attack. Both of those vehicles are glorious for what they are though. Just needy

I'm not a huge fan of the Passat, but that W8... somehow I'm in love with rare, top-of-the-range models. But hey, aren't we all?

So I searched the local used car website for a W8. Result: 1 car. For the entire country.

Theres a W8 wagon locally by me, its driven by a mommy, Ive passed her a few times in my B5 S4 avant, I always wonder If she appreciates what shes working with as much as I do.
